There’s always room for one more perennial!

The Purple Emperor Sedum, commonly called stonecrops, is a lovely and reliable choice for the late summer and fall garden.  Its dark purple, fleshy succulent leaves offer interesting foliage early in the season, then masses of tiny dusty-rose flowers appear mid-summer to early fall.  Butterflies and bees are attracted to this sedum.  And its star-like flowers make an outstanding cut flower.
